Tutrocito, the Seville-based custom furniture startup, has announced the closing of its first round of funding of €500,000. This round was led by the funds EONIQ, 4Founders and Inversiones Cabiedes. It has been completed with €210,000 from ENISA. The funds raised will be used primarily for international expansion and business growth.
Tutrocito is an online custom furniture shop offering unique and affordable solutions for the home and office. Since its launch just two years ago, Tutrocito has managed to sell more than one million euros in made-to-measure furniture and have an average monthly growth of 20%, without the need for external financing in this period of time.
“This round of funding will allow us to accelerate our international expansion, improve the customer experience, and expand our product range,” said Maria Coronel, one of Tutrocito’s founders. “We are very pleased to have attracted such prominent investors in our first round of funding, which demonstrates confidence in our strategy and the potential of the business”.
With the recent round of funding, the company says it is well positioned to achieve its goals and become a benchmark in the bespoke furniture market and expects to generate a turnover of €7.2 million over the next year.
