More than 100 people attended Talento Pro 2024 Welcome Ceremony, where the new students of the program were welcomed, along with talents from other years, their families and representatives from educational centers.
The event was held at the headquarters of La Fábrica de Sevilla, located in Paseo Alcalde Marqués de Contadero, a space dedicated to promoting technological entrepreneurship and which aims to be the “Startup House ” of Seville. La Fábrica de Sevilla is an initiative that seeks to position the city as a hub of talent and technological entrepreneurship, supporting startups and entrepreneurs in their growth and innovation.
Ramón Bullón, Marketing Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Seville and La Fábrica de Sevilla, was in charge of presenting the main activities of the program. During his speech, he gave a talk entitled “How to design training itineraries to boost your future from talent”, in which he stressed the importance of adapting the training profile to the demands of the current market. Bullón also stressed that students will have the opportunity to present their profiles to more than 300 companies of the Seville Chamber Club and various technology startups operating in the city.
During the event, diplomas of recognition were awarded to the new talents who have joined this year, symbolizing the beginning of a new stage in the professional future of young people. Talento Pro, which is 100% scholarship-based, aims not only to offer training in areas such as digital skills, new technologies, marketing and entrepreneurship, but also to boost the students’ transversal skills and competencies. In this way, they are prepared to develop a career adapted to the needs of the current labor market and to face the challenges it poses.
