DESCRIPTION:What is Talento Pro?\nTalento Pro is a talent enhancement programme for young students with the best records in their school. This is a 100% scholarship programme offered by the Chamber of Commerce Foundation and La Fábrica de Sevilla to offer these young talents a training itinerary that facilitates their entry into the labour market. \nWhat does the scholarship consist of?\nThese Talents have access to different workshops organised by the Chamber of Commerce of Seville\, where they share spaces with professionals from different sectors\, and other workshops organised exclusively by La Fábrica de Sevilla\, who are responsible for training these young people in entrepreneurship and new technologies. \nHow long does the programme last?\nWe support students during the years of their higher education with courses\, workshops and events that complete their professional itinerary with transversal skills. \nHow can I participate?\nApplications can be submitted by the head of each school or students can also apply independently\, and then professionals from La Fábrica de Sevilla will choose the students who will join the programme. DESCRIPTION:StartUp Talk with CoverManager\nWe have a date for the next StartUp Talk\, next Tuesday 21st of February will take place this event for all the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the city of Seville. On this occasion we will have the following agenda: \nMonthly report and presentation of CámaraTech\nThe event will begin\, as usual\, with a brief monthly report on the evolution of the entrepreneurial ecosystem\, with news and milestones of some of the startups that compose it. After that\, Francisco Leal\, Director of Digital Transformation of the Seville Chamber of Commerce will present the new acceleration programme for newly created technological startups launched by the institution under the name of CámaraTech. \nPitches of StartUps in seed stage\nAs in previous editions\, we reserved a space for startups in the seed stage to present themselves and their projects to the attendees of this StartUp Talk. There will be three 3-minute pitches. If you are interested in participating with your pitch\, please send your proposal to comunicaciones.lafabrica@cocins.es. \nFireside chat with José Antonio Pérez\, “Resilience\, knowing how to pivot and scale globally”.\nFor a project to be successful\, it is important to be able to react to problems in time and to be able to change the game at any time. In this fireside chat with José Antonio Pérez\, co-founder and CEO of CoverManager\, you will learn about his personal experience and how he has managed to evolve his project from how it was born to what it is today. \nThis startup from Seville consists of a management software that unifies all the steps related to reservations\, cancellations and notices in restaurants and eliminates one of the biggest problems faced by the hospitality industry\, the “no-show”. Today it has 150 million diners and a valuation of 140 million euros. \nNetworking\nAt the end of the event we will offer an aperitif so that you can network with the attendees in a more relaxed way and expand your network of contacts.

DESCRIPTION:We are launching the next session dedicated exclusively to the students who are part of the Talento Pro programme. \nToday\, 95% of the variables analysed as key recruitment and career development factors revolve around transversal skills. \nSome people think that these competences are inherent to each person. However\, every competence can be worked on in the human being and this process should be embedded in students in their compulsory training in schools and universities. \nA competent person could be defined as one who has the right skills\, motivation and knowledge to do a job or perform a function. \nTherefore\, a competent person is one who has the ability to identify problem situations\, learn and use his or her skills\, knowledge and motivations to act and solve these problems and achieve the desired results with a high standard of performance. \nIn the professional world to which these students aspire\, the reason for the success of these professionals is the high level of development of their skills\, which allows them to carry out a large part of their activities with a high level of demands. \nFor this reason\, we offer you the workshop PREPARE YOUR SKILLS FOR PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS\, which will analyse in a technical session the perception you have of the 19 key skills for your professional development\, given by the human resources team of the Chamber of Commerce. \nSelf-confidence – Self-control – Positive outlook – Stress management – Assertiveness – Results orientation – Initiative – Responsibility – Problem solving – Planning and organisation – Empathy – Teamwork – Flexibility – Leadership – Influence – Communication – Service and customer orientation – Conflict resolution – Developing others \nAlso\, they will also be able to carry out a self-assessment of these skills with a tool developed for professionals by the Chambers of Commerce. This will allow them to have a defined profile in a report so that during these years of training they can work on them according to the objectives they set themselves.
