However\, every competence can be worked on in the human being and this process should be embedded in students in their compulsory training in schools and universities. \nA competent person could be defined as one who has the right skills\, motivation and knowledge to do a job or perform a function. \nTherefore\, a competent person is one who has the ability to identify problem situations\, learn and use his or her skills\, knowledge and motivations to act and solve these problems and achieve the desired results with a high standard of performance. \nIn the professional world to which these students aspire\, the reason for the success of these professionals is the high level of development of their skills\, which allows them to carry out a large part of their activities with a high level of demands. \nFor this reason\, we offer you the workshop PREPARE YOUR SKILLS FOR PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS\, which will analyse in a technical session the perception you have of the 19 key skills for your professional development\, given by the human resources team of the Chamber of Commerce. \nSelf-confidence – Self-control – Positive outlook – Stress management – Assertiveness – Results orientation – Initiative – Responsibility – Problem solving – Planning and organisation – Empathy – Teamwork – Flexibility – Leadership – Influence – Communication – Service and customer orientation – Conflict resolution – Developing others \nAlso\, they will also be able to carry out a self-assessment of these skills with a tool developed for professionals by the Chambers of Commerce. This will allow them to have a defined profile in a report so that during these years of training they can work on them according to the objectives they set themselves.
