Fábrica de Sevilla has organised a workshop on entrepreneurship for the students of IES Alguadaira.

During the workshop, the director of La Fábrica de Sevilla, Ramón Bullón, spoke to them about entrepreneurship, transversal competences and academic orientation.

The students were able to learn about several examples of Sevillian entrepreneurs who have managed to become international benchmarks thanks to their effort, self-confidence and positive attitude.

In addition, the different key transversal competences for the coming years were discussed, and it is essential that they start working on them in order to guarantee their correct performance in the near future. They were also provided with a handbook containing all these key competences, with resources and tips on how to improve them.

Finally, different aspects of the future of work were explained, such as the importance of developing an entrepreneurial spirit, sustainable development as a driver for the future and how virtual identity affects our working life.
